SAN MATEO, Calif.: GoPro, Inc. Wednesday announced title sponsorship of the MotoGP Gran Premio GoPro de Aragon motorcycle race weekend to be held at the MotorLand racetrack in Alcañiz, Spain, August 31 – September 1. 

On-site fans and customers will have opportunities to interact with GoPro products and staff throughout the race weekend. Broadcast and online viewers will get new, incredibly high-resolution perspectives, including a HERO12 Black camera on-board lap preview of the Aragon circuit and some of the world's most exciting racing action.

Azerbaijan GP off; no F1 race until mid-June at least
LONDON: The Azerbaijan Grand Prix has become the latest race of the 2020 season to be postponed, the organisers have announced. Officials from the Baku City Circuit said on Monday: "The postponement was agreed upon after extensive discussions with Formula 1 as well as the FIA and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Monaco F1 race cancelled; Dutch, Spanish GPs postponed
MONACO: For the first time since 1954, Monaco’s streets will not echo to the sound of F1 machinery after the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) announced the cancellation of this year’s Monaco Grand Prix. It had earlier been announced that the race had been postponed, along with the Dutch and Spanish Grands Prix, but the ACM have since clarified that “with great sadness” the race will be cancelled.

F1 summer shutdown brought forward, extended
LONDON: Formula 1's summer shutdown period has been brought forward and extended in response to the coronavirus outbreak. The break, which is usually two weeks in August when the teams must cease all race and car-related activity for the full fortnight, has been moved to March and April. And while the shutdown normally lasts two weeks, the revised break will this year extend to 21 days.

South India Rally to be held as per schedule

F1: Oz GP cancelled, Bahrain, Vietnam GPs postponed
LONDON: The Bahrain and Vietnam Grands Prix have been postponed due to the continued global spread of coronavirus. The races had been set for March 20-22 at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir (closed to spectators), and April 3-5 at the recently completed Hanoi Circuit.
