Eurosport, FanCode telecast BPL T20 9th edition

MUMBAI: The linear and digital broadcast rights for Bangladesh Cricket Board’s international T20 League - Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) - has been acquired by Warner Bros. Discovery's Eurosport India and Dream SPorts-owned FanCode respectively.

FanCode is also offering tournament passes at "low price points" for fans without monthly or yearly subscriptions.

The tournament, which kicked off Friday, 6th January running through to 16th February, is being played across various cities in Bangladesh.

DSport to t'cast 6th edition of Bangladesh Premier League
MUMBAI: Discovery Communications branded sports channel DSport will telecast the sixth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).  The tournament will be played from Saturday, 5th January running through to 8th February.

Betting continues to dog Bangladesh Premier League
MUMBAI: Bangladesh has initiated a crackdown on illegal betting during the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League. Police raids have been carried out at cricket stadia across the country, and at least 77 people have been 'thrown out of two cricket grounds in Dhaka and Sylhet in the past few days on allegations of betting during the BPL.
