MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India held its apex council meeting on Sunday during which the BCCI gave its approval to start the season for the women’s senior team from March and confirmed that the New Zealand men's team will tour India as part of preparations for the T20 World Cup later this year.

The BCCI has approached Sri Lanka and South Africa to resume international cricket for the national women's team, the details for which are being chalked out, PTI reports.

MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will hold its apex council meeting on Sunday, in which the board will not only discuss the fate of the domestic season, but also discuss the tax issues that the Indian board needs to sort out with an eye on the 2021 T20 World Cup, for which the country is scheduled to hold.
