LONDON: IMG Wednesday announced it has renewed its international media rights distribution agreement with Cricket South Africa (CSA) until 2031.

The agency, which has been working with CSA for more than 30 years, was instrumental in securing the governing body’s recently announced Viacom18 Sports deal, which will see the channel air all senior men’s and women’s international competitions played in South Africa from 2024 to 2031.

MILAN, Italy: Italy’s Lega Serie A has appointed Infront to manage its international media rights for all platforms across Europe, Asia, Oceania, sub-Saharan Africa and Americas (excl. USA) for the next three seasons from 2021/22 to 2023/24. The Lega Assembly ratified Infront’s proposal for the commercialisation of the league’s worldwide media rights inventory through a unanimous vote.

SINGAPORE: Content Arena, the software provider specialising in solutions to facilitate sports media rights trading, Tuesday announced that SN1 Trading, the Munich-based sports rights consultancy and trading firm, will be using Content Arena Marketplace as the exclusive sales channel for the international rights to the Italian Lega Basket Serie A, one of the top domestic basketball leagues in Europe.
