MUMBAI: Sony Sports Network is all geared up to Live broadcast the XXII Commonwealth Games starting from 28th July at 11:00 pm IST. 

The marquee event will mark the return of Sony Sports Network's Live wraparound studio show SPORTS EXTRAAA, featuring eminent panelists and guests. 

The global event which will see participation from over 200 Indian athletes, will be telecast LIVE across SONY SIX, SONY TEN 1, SONY TEN 2, SONY TEN 3 & SONY TEN 4 channels, as well as live-streamed on its on-demand OTT platform SonyLIV.

NEW DELHI: Commonwealth Games Bronze medal winning shuttler Chetan Anand has been named the brand ambassador of India's first-ever badminton brand 'Transform', which launched virtually on Wednesday. Anand, a former world no.10 and the men's singles Bronze medal winner at the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games, is also an Arjuna Awardee.

GOLD COAST: The Commonwealth Sports Universities Network (CSUN) celebrated its official launch on the Gold Coast, Australia, Tuesday, on the eve of the Opening Ceremony for the XXI Commonwealth Games.  The CGF partnered with Griffith University to debut the network, which aims to create a formal sporting partnership between the CGF and, initially, five foundation universities from across the Commonwealth.
