LOS ANGELES: Leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) announced Monday the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire ICM Partners (ICM), one of the world’s premier entertainment and sports agencies, to drive broader and more inclusive representation as their clients, their work, and their brands shape culture.
The acquisition, financial terms of which were not disclosed, would reduce the number of top agencies in the world to three dominant players - CAA, WME and United Talent Agency. ICM is the fourth-largest talent firm.
