The organisers of Extreme E have unveiled a new racing format for its upcoming third season.

Each X Prix will now be a doubleheader and play host to back-to-back rounds across the weekend.

LONDON: Six-Time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, Tuesday announced the creation of his very own race team, X44, which will make its debut in Extreme E, the groundbreaking new electric off-road racing series. Named with reference to Lewis’s own racing number, X44 will enter Season 1 of the Extreme E Championship, with its first X Prix race scheduled to take place in early 2021.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia: Extreme E Thursday named the third of its five race locations, confirming that the Desert leg of the new electric rally championship being developed using electric SUVs, will take place in Saudi Arabia, with a number of potential routes currently being examined.
