THE SHIKAR DHAWAN FOUNDATION, with CSR support from Human Mobile Devices (HMD), is expanding its Digital Shiksha initiative across 10 government schools in Delhi over the next six months, targeting over 20,000 students and 800 educators. The initiative is part of Da One Group’s partnership with the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi.
The Digital Shiksha initiative equips classrooms with Interactive Flat Panels, HMD smartphones, and a licensed K-12 digital curriculum. Currently active across 25+ schools nationwide, the programme has reached over 20,000 students and supports educators with structured digital tools across subjects including science, mathematics, and languages
Guided by the vision of Arjuna Awardee and India cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, the initiative further builds on Da One Group’s partnership with the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, supporting the integration of digital learning across government schools in the national capital.
Building on the impact Digital Shiksha has already created, the renewed partnership between Shikhar Dhawan Foundation and HMD reflects a shared commitment to creating lasting impact through accessible, future-ready learning environments for students and educators alike, a media release said.
