HERZOGENAURACH, Germany: PUMA and Formula 1 have signed an agreement which will make the sports company the official supplier at F1 races, granting the brand the right to produce F1 branded apparel, footwear and accessories. 

PUMA will also equip F1 staff at track and create F1 fanwear that targets the sport’s different audiences with lifestyle and motorsport collections. The contract includes exclusive rights to sell F1 fanwear and fanwear of all ten teams around the race circuit starting 2024.

AUSTIN, USA: Formula 1 announced Friday the extension of its ongoing media rights agreement with broadcaster ESPN in the USA until 2022, season included.  This comes off the back of double-digit television viewership growth in the United States over the past two seasons since coverage returned to ESPN in 2018, an official release states.

LONDON: Formula 1 announced Thursday that the Porsche Supercup would continue as a partner for three more years.  This means the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup and Porsche’s national one-make cup series will run as a support race to the FIA Formula One World Championship up to and including 2022.

MUNICH: Former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg is now brand ambassador for Kempinski Hotels.  The contract with the motor sport star was signed with Martin R Smura, chief executive officer of Kempinski Hotels and chairman of the management board, during a ceremony Monday at Munich's Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski.

LONDON: As Formula 1 entered the V6 turbo-hybrid era in 2014, Williams switched to Mercedes power and that partnership is set to continue. The Grove team have announced an extension of their partnership that will now see them using Mercedes’ power units until the end of 2025.

LONDON: The Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix will continue to be held in Melbourne until at least the end of 2025, F1 promoter Formula One Group announced Tuesday. The agreement between Formula 1 and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation was signed here recently.

LONGARONE, Italy: Police, the lifestyle brand of the Group De Rigo, has signed a sponsorship agreement with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, the team that is home to five-time Formula 1 world champion, Lewis Hamilton. Police has also announced an upcoming eyewear collection designed in collaboration with Hamilton.
