Ladies European Tour

The Ladies European Tour will continue to expand women’s golf globally in 2023 and its players will compete for at least €35 million, a record-breaking total prize fund. The LET announced today that the 2023 schedule will comprise 30 official events, along with the Solheim Cup in Europe.

NEW DELHI: The Ladies European Tour returns to India for the first time in three years this week, as 114 gear up to compete in the Hero Women’s Indian Open.  With the last two iterations of the event postponed due to Covid-19, it is a welcome return to DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram, on the outskirts of New Delhi.

NEW DELHI: The Women’s Golf Association of India, which has been running the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour for more than a decade, were given the honour of supporting and helping to stage the first-ever LET Pre-qualifiers in Asia ahead of the Tour’s final Qualifier for the 2023 season.

LONDON: The 2022 Ladies European Tour season is set to present the greatest number of tournaments and prize money in the organisation’s 44-year history. Thanks to the support of new and long-term partners, LET members will compete for a minimum of €24.5 million across 31 events in 2022. The total annual purse is up €4.5m on 2021 and offers €13m more than in 2019.

PARIS: The Evian Championship, one of five women’s golf majors, in consonance with the decisions of the LPGA and LET, has moved the dates of its 2020 tournament. The Evian Championship will be held at the Evian Resort Golf Club from 6 to 9 August, beginning a run of European golf events, that include the Ladies Scottish Open and the Women’s British Open.

LONDON: The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and the Ladies European Tour (LET) announced they would unite in a 50-50 joint venture partnership to push women’s professional golf in Europe and around the world.  LET players voted their support for the joint venture partnership on Tuesday during the LET’s Annual Membership Meeting in Spain.
