SHILLONG: For the second time, Meghalaya Football Association is set to organise the Junior Nationals Football Championship (Tier 1) for the Dr BC Roy Trophy.

The tournament, which will be held from January 28 to February 6, involves 16 teams be divided into four groups.

Meghalaya seals deal to host National Games 2022

SHILLONG: Meghalaya on Wednesday signed the "Host City Contract" with the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) for the 39th National Games 2022. Following the signing of the tripartite agreement, to which the Meghalaya State Olympics Association (MSOA) is also a party, the state government handed over a cheque of Rs 45 million as contract fee for holding the event to the IOA.
