HYDERABAD: Former Indian captain Mohammad Azharuddin has been provisionally removed from the post of Hyderabad Cricket Association president following a range of allegations - from conflict of interest to non-disclosure of information, arbitrary appointments, corruption and highhandedness - made against him by the HCA apex council.

HYDERABAD: Former India captain and politician Mohammad Azharuddin was on Friday elected as the president of the Hyderabad Cricket Association.
The 56-year-old won the elections 147-73, IANS reports.
Azhar filed his nomination for the President's post last week after it was proposed by Adnan Mahmood and seconded by Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood.
