MotoE becomes the FIM Enel MotoE World Championship from 2023 as the series expands to an eight-round, 16-race competition and officially gains World Championship status. 

The season marks the start of an exciting new era with more races, and welcomes the championship's new sole manufacturer: Ducati. 

2023 will also see a new track debut on the calendar as MotoE takes on Silverstone for the first time. One of the most spectacular, high-speed circuits in the world, the British venue will be a new challenge for the electric field.

MADRID: Multinational power company Enel and MotoE have renewed their synergy for another three seasons, consolidating a successful partnership which began with the inception of the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup in 2019.  MotoE commercial rights holder Dorna Sports confirmed the Enel Group will continue in its role as title sponsor of the Cup, as well as Sustainable Power Partner of the FIM MotoGP World Championship.

MADRID: Dorna Sports confirmed Thursday that Energica will remain the single motorcycle supplier to the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup until 2022, with a contract extension ensuring the Italian marque’s Ego Corsa maintains its place as a world leader in the field of electric racing for at least a further season.

MADRID: The FIM, IRTA and Dorna Sports have announced the postponement of the Red Bull Gran Premio de España, which was set to be held at the Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto from the 1st to the 3rd of May.  The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has obliged the event to be rescheduled.

MADRID: As the dawn of competition for the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup draws closer, the foundations of the newest class in the MotoGP paddock are taking shape.  Following the second MotoE teams meeting at Mugello, commercial rights holder Dorna Sports great has announced Dell’Orto as the official data acquisition partner of MotoE.
