MUMBAI: Nazara Technologies on Thursday announced that its CEO Manish Agarwal is stepping down from his position effective 1 December.

As per an official release, while Agarwal has decided to pursue entrepreneurial avenues, he will remain associated with Nazara Technologies as a nominee on the boards of material subsidiaries.

Nazara invests $2.5m in US-based game fund

MUMBAI: Nazara, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited, has announced a $2.5 million investment in US-based game fund BITKRAFT Ventures. Of the $2.5 million, $875,000 will be invested upfront, while the balance investment amount of $1.625 million will be deployed over a period of three years.
