Qatar Airways-RCB deal caps stellar yr 1 for JSW Sports Consulting

MUMBAI: JSW Sports Tuesday announced a milestone achievement for their sponsorship consulting business vertical with the facilitation of one of the "most notable sponsorship deals in the history of the IPL". 

As part of the association, Qatar Airways will be entering the Indian sports market for the first time as the principal partner of the Bengaluru-based IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for a three-year duration.

Qatar Airways scores shirt sponsorship deal with Boca Juniors
DOHA: Qatar Airways has expanded its sports sponsorship portfolio, joining hands with legendary Argentinian football club Boca Juniors to be their official jersey sponsor from the upcoming 2018-19 season till the 2022-23 season. Financial terms were not disclosed.  The announcement comes a few weeks after Qatar's national carrier announced an a jersey sponsor deal with Serie A powerhouse AS Roma.

Roma scores Qatar Airways shirt sponsor deal
ROME: Serie A club AS Roma has announced Qatar Airways as the Serie A club's official shirt sponsor.  The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed but Roma claim that the multi-year contract represents the largest ever sponsorship deal signed by the club and one of the biggest ever agreed by an Italian football side.
