MCA registers its new constitution

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has registered its new constitution, which incorporates the RM Lodha Committee recommendations, with the Charity Commissioner Greater Mumbai Region.

The MCA posted the following notice on its website regarding the development: 
"The draft constitution of Mumbai Cricket Association as per the Lodha Committee recommendations and Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement dt. 9/8/2018 was first put on the website on 14/08/2018.

BCCI requests state associations to respond on Lodha reforms for affidavit
MUMBAI: While 13 state associations have written to the BCCI regarding implementation of the Lodha Committee reforms, the board has requested the remaining associations to write in their views so that an affidavit on the issue can be filed in the Spreme Court, a report in newspaper The Hindu said.
