visit

MUMBAI: Arsenal’s veteran manager Arsene Wenger, who ended his 22-year tenure with the Premier League on Saturday, has said he would like to visit India in the future.

In an interview on the official Facebook page of Arsenal Football Club, the Frenchman said: “One of the things I have missed in my life is visiting India. I am fascinated by India, I don’t know why, but I have never been in India.”

The 66-year-old manager revealed that he had tried to persuade Arsenal in the past on a few occasions to arrange a tour to India, but it never materialized.
