Ban Tech

THE BANGLADESH CRICKET BOARD (BCB) has sold the media rights for international matches played in the country over the next two-and-a-half years to local digital marketing agency Ban Tech for a reported $ 19.07 million (BDT 1.615 billion).

The company won the bid after quoting an offer price just above the $19 million floor price set by the board last month.

The broadcast rights deal covers ten home series. It bears noting that BCB's previous broadcast deal with Gazi TV was worth $ 20.02 million but covered a longer period as it was for six years.
