SPNI has a new name - Culver Max Entertainment Pvt Ltd

MUMBAI: Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited (SPNI), the Indian indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, has quietly instituted a corporate name change.

SPNI's official company name has been changed to Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited with effect from 20th April. Other than this change of name, absolutely nothing changes as far as the Sony Network brand identity is concerned.

LAUSANNE, Switzerland: Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited (SPN) will retain media rights to broadcast major international archery events on its sports channels as well as livestream it on its premium OTT platform SonyLIV across the Indian subcontinent until the end of 2023.  The network has extended its deal with World Archery, financial terms for which were not disclosed, for two seasons.

MUMBAI: Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited (SPNI) and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEEL) Wednesday announced that they have signed definitive agreements to merge ZEEL with and into SPNI and combine their linear networks, digital assets, production operations and program libraries.
