master agreement

NEW DELHI: MotoGP, the pinnacle of two-wheel racing, could come to India within the next two years if all goes as per plan, providing a massive boost to the motorsport scene in the country.

While Indian media reports have put the potential time frame for India's first MotoGP race as the winter of 2023, Motorsport.com sees 2024 as a more realistic option for the inaugural Indian Grand Prix.

The master agreement between MotoGP commercial rights owner Dorna Sports, S.L. and Noida-based race promoters Fairstreet Sports should be signed this week, PTI reports.
