NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Thursday organized the first Club Licensing Workshop for teams participating in the Hero Indian Women's League (Hero IWL). 

The workshop was conducted virtually and saw 37 representatives from 16 clubs across the country take part.

NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Sunday announced the postponement of the play-offs for the Indian Women's League, scheduled to be held in the capital from April 7, until further notice, citing the rise in coronavirus cases across the country.

NEW DELHI: A significant expansion of the Hero Indian Women's League, which currently comprises 24 teams, is on the anvil, I-League CEO Sunando Dhar has confirmed. “108 clubs across 14 states have shown interest to play in the Hero Indian Women’s League. The aim is to increase the matches,” Dhar informed the All India Football Federation's (AIFF) executive committee, at its meeting held here Tuesday.
