NEW DELHI: The Union Sports Ministry has conveyed its decision to grant annual recognition to 12 more National Sports Federations (NSF) through an affidavit to the Delhi High Court on Monday, reports the New Indian Express.

This is in addition to the 18 NSFs it had decided to give recognition to earlier.

NEW DELHI: The Union Sports Ministry on Tuesday filed an application in the Delhi High Court seeking the court's consent to restore the recognition to 54 national sports federations (NSFs).  Apart from the 54 NFs, the ministry has also requested for the restoration of recognition of the Indian Golf Union (IGU), the School Games Federation of India and the Rowing Federation of India.

NEW DELHI: The Union Sports Ministry on Monday granted recognition to 54 national federations till September this year, PTI reports. The ministry granted fresh recognition to the All India Carrom Federation. The Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), Rowing Federation of India (RFI) and School Games Federation of India (SGFI) were the ones denied recognition once again, accordimng to the newswire.

MUMBAI: The International Boxing Association (AIBA) president Mohamed Moustahsane has ratcheted up the ogoing dispute with the Boxing Federation of India over undpaid dues, warning that BFI's recognition would be revoked if the matter is not resolved.
