MUMBAI: Public service broadcaster All India Radio has secured permission from Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN), the India territory media rights holder for international cricket in Australia, for ball-by-ball commentary of the upcoming blockbuster series between hosts Australia and India.
AIR confirmed the development, posting on its official Twitter handle: "@akashvanisports
#AUSvIND Ball by ball All India Radio commentary will be available on FM Rainbow Channels, Digital Radio Transmitters (DRM), FM Local Radio Stations (LRS) & Additional FM Transmitters."
