IOS Sports and Entertainment has officially signed Indian national football team captain Sandesh Jhingan, marking a strategic partnership aimed at elevating his presence both on and off the pitch.
The collaboration will provide comprehensive management support as Jhingan continues to scale new heights in his footballing career, while also unlocking opportunities in brand partnerships, community initiatives, and off-field ventures. The focus will be on enhancing his brand profile and broadening his influence within and beyond the world of sport.
A mainstay in the Indian defence since making his senior international debut in 2013, the Blue Tigers and FC Goa skipper has been pivotal in the national team’s progress. Jhingan has captained India in key tournaments such as the AFC Asian Cup and FIFA World Cup qualifiers and has featured for top Indian Super League (ISL) clubs including Kerala Blasters, Mohun Bagan Super Giant, and Chennaiyin FC.
Jhingan also boasts overseas experience, having played for Croatian club HNK Šibenik, making him one of the few Indian footballers to compete in European football.
Named the AIFF Player of the Year for 2020–21, Jhingan is celebrated for his aerial prowess, and commanding leadership at the back. With over 50 international caps, he has helped his teams consistently reach ISL playoffs and finals.
By joining IOS Sports and Entertainment, Jhingan becomes part of an elite roster of Indian athletes managed exclusively by the agency. The list includes Vijender Singh, Anju Bobby George, Mirabai Chanu, Lovlina Borgohain, Manpreet Singh, Aman Sehrawat, and Manika Batra, among others.
