MELBOURNE: The delayed men's and women's singles draws for Australian Open 2022, released Thursday, included Novak Djokovic, even as the World No.1's wait to see if his visa would be cancelled for a second time stretched into another day.

The Australian Open draw ceremony, initially scheduled for 3pm local time, was postponed at the very last moment for over an hour, which only served to provide even more speculation around the fate of the embattled Serbian.

The nine-time Australian Open singles champion and current title holder is the men's top seed, while 2009 Melbourne Park winner Rafael Nadal, the only other men's singles winner in Australia who is seeded this year, is the sixth seed.
