IOC TOP sponsor Samsung has announced new agreements to support competitions for three of the Olympics' newest sports in the lead-up to the Paris 2024 Games.

The collaboration will see Samsung work alongside the World Surf League (WSL), Street League Skateboarding (SLS) and Pro Breaking Tour (PBT) to celebrate the sports of surfing, skateboarding and breaking — and their communities — on the Road to Paris 2024 and beyond.

LAUSANNE: The International Olympic Committee announced Monday a partnership with Chinese textile company Hengyuanxiang Group (HYX), spanning the next two editions of the Olympics. HYX will supply the official formal uniforms to the IOC members and administration for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

NEW DELHI: The Sports Ministry has de-recognised the Paralympic Committee of India, citing violation of the National Sports Code in the body's decision to sack PCI president Rao Inderjit Singh. In the suspension order issued on Monday, accessed by PTI, the ministry wrote that the PCI has been penalised for misgovernance.
