PRAKASH HOSPITAL has been named the official hospital partner for the Indian Pickleball League 2025, scheduled to be held in Mumbai from 1 to 7 December. The partnership focuses on enhancing structured athlete healthcare, medical readiness, and on-ground clinical support throughout the tournament.
The Indian Pickleball League is powered by Adani and endorsed by the Global Pickleball Federation, Asian Pickleball Association, and Indian Pickleball Association. With participation rising from grassroots and recreational players to competitive athletes, robust medical systems and specialised sports-injury support have become essential for large-scale sporting events.
As the league’s medical partner, Prakash Hospital will oversee all healthcare and emergency-response operations during the competition. The hospital will deploy fully equipped medical units, sports physiotherapists, trauma-care teams, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) ambulances, and first-response stations across the venue. These teams will operate throughout practice sessions and match days, providing immediate medical attention and structured post-match recovery support for athletes and coaching staff, a media release said.
Across the seven-day championship, Prakash Hospital will also host health-awareness initiatives and athlete-led advisory sessions on injury prevention, hydration, muscle recovery, and joint care. These efforts aim to promote safer play and reduce avoidable sports injuries within India’s growing pickleball community. The partnership strengthens the tournament’s operational framework with reliable clinical expertise and consistent medical oversight.
