BHUBANESWAR: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on Monday launched the first-ever high performance sports centre of the state in association with Abhinav Bindra Target Performance Centre (ABTPC) which also focuses on advanced medical rehabilitation, Press Trust of India reports.
Facilities will include performance enhancement, injury prevention and management, bio-mechanics, physiology testing and training, recovery as well as strength and conditioning training, which will be world-class and accessible for sportspersons in Odisha and neighbouring states.
