FRANKFURT: Bundesliga International, a subsidiary of DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga, and sports technology company Sportradar have agreed to a five-year extension of their long-term partnership with a focus on providing fans with greater access to German football’s top leagues.

MUMBAI: Just under two months after SportzPower first reported on the development, Bundesliga International, a subsidiary of DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga, Tuesday confirmed it has agreed to a two-year deal with Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) for exclusive media rights to broadcast the Bundesliga in India and the Indian Subcontinent.

SINGAPORE: Effective August 1, Peter Leible will take over the role of head of Global Audiovisual Rights at Bundesliga International in Frankfurt. Leible has currently been managing the DFL subsidiary’s office in Singapore for six years. His successor is Kevin Sim, who on April 15 will take over from Leible as head of Asia Pacific.
