Emirates Cricket Board

The 

Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) and the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) have entered into a five-year mutual cooperation agreement wherein the Taliban-ruled hardline country's national team will play their home games in the UAE. 

A corollary of the agreement is that Afghanistan will also play a series of three T20I matches each year with UAE national team. In return, ECB will provide logistic support to the Afghanistan board, including visa assistance and office space.

DUBAI (June 08): The Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) has confirmed the playing window for the inaugural edition of its upcoming T20 tournament, which will be called the “International League T20” or “ILT20”. The ECB will conduct the six-team ILT20 between January 6 and February 12, 2023.

DUBAI: Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) and ITW, on behalf of Cricket Ireland, Cricket Scotland, Cricket Namibia, and Cricket Papua New Guinea, Thursday announced the ‘DafaNews Summer T20 Bash’.  To be played at the ICC Academy, Dubai Sports City (Dubai) from Tuesday, October 5th, through to Sunday, October 10th, participating teams include Ireland, Scotland, Namibia, Papua New Guinea, as well as hosts UAE.

DUBAI: UAE’s Inaugural Premier League T20 (PLT20) will be played across UAE in January and February 2022. The new six-team franchise-style league has been sanctioned by Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Emirates Cricket Board Chairman Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.

DUBAI: Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) announced Tuesday that UAE’s own exclusive Twenty20 league has been sanctioned by ECB chairman Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan to Dubai Sports City and will soon be held in the UAE.  The dates being considered are December 2021 and January 2022.
