Emirates Cricket Board

The 

Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) and the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) have entered into a five-year mutual cooperation agreement wherein the Taliban-ruled hardline country's national team will play their home games in the UAE. 

A corollary of the agreement is that Afghanistan will also play a series of three T20I matches each year with UAE national team. In return, ECB will provide logistic support to the Afghanistan board, including visa assistance and office space.

SHARJAH: T10 League organisers Tuesday announced that the International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially sanctioned the second season of T10 League to be held from November 23 in Sharjah.  The game's world governing body’s validation comes as a shot in the arm for the league that will have two new teams, making it an eight-team tournament played over ten days.

MUMBAI: Since the 2009 terrorist attacks in Lahore, Pakistan have been forced to adopt the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as their ‘home’ venue. To protect its commercial interests connected to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other bilateral series, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) wants the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) to not host any other league during the October-March corridor.
