Hero Caribbean Premier League

THE HERO CARIBBEAN PREMIER League finals will be hosted by Guyana for the next three years, starting in 2022. This is the first time the CPL final will be held in Guyana and this long-term staging agreement will see the culmination of the tournament also taking place in Guyana in 2023 and 2024.

This season, Guyana will host seven group games, three knockout matches and the Hero CPL final which will take place on Friday, September 30 at The Guyana National Stadium in Providence.

GROS ISLET, ST Lucia: The Hero Caribbean Premier League franchise Saint Lucia Zouks has been rebranded as Saint Lucia Zouks ahead of the CPL 2021 season. The team is owned by KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited, which also runs the Punjab Kings franchise at the Indian Premier League (IPL).

SAINT JOHN'S, Antigua: Pete Russell has been appointed as chief executive officer of the Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL).  Russell has been part of the CPL management team since the tournament’s inception, serving as the chief operating officer.

MUMBAI: The richest and most powerful cricket board may be completely tone deaf and irresponsible in how it is delivering the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League, but fortunately the poorer cricket boards are not taking the BCCI's cue. The 2021 Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) will take place in St Kitts & Nevis in its entirety, with all 33 games being played in the federation.
