International Cricket Council

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Light Emitting Diode (LED) signage services for all ICC World Cups from the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 until the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027.

The ICC requires a partner who will be responsible for all LED signages, including perimeter boards and electronic sightscreens, as well as creating content and match-day production and delivery.

DUBAI: Following the expansion to its event programme in the next cycle, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has commenced the process to identify the hosts for men’s white-ball events to be held post 2023. The hosting of the ICC World Test Championship Final, the ICC women's and under-19 events in the new cycle will be determined in a separate process that will get underway later this year.

MUMBAI: The International Cricket Council will reportedly standardise the points for every match won during the second ICC World Test Championship cycle, which kicks off with the five-match series between India and England in August.  Teams will get 12 points for a win, six points in case of a tie and four points if the match ends in a draw, PTI reports.

DUBAI: The International Cricket Council Tuesday confirmed that the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 will be staged in the UAE and Oman due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation in India. The BCCI will remain the hosts of the event, which will now be held in Dubai International Stadium, the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, the Sharjah Stadium, and the Oman Cricket Academy Ground, from 17 October to 14 November.

The request for proposals (RFP) for editorial services is designed to attract applications from entities with an experienced team and an extensive, proven record in providing written editorial material in sports, preferably at global events.

DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC), through its Cricket for Good initiative, Thursday launched a fundraising campaign to support UNICEF’s emergency COVID-19 response in South Asia.  The campaign was launched ahead of the inaugural World Test Championship final being played in Southampton between India and New Zealand from Friday, June 18th, through to June 22.

DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday announced a major long-term partnership with digital stockbroking firm Upstox (aka RKSV Securities).  The partnership will encompass all ICC events until the end of 2023, starting with the inaugural World Test Championship final between India and New Zealand, to be held from June 18 to 23 June in Southampton, the UK.
