MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) invites bids to provide services in relation to the design, hosting and maintenance of the digital properties of BCCI through a tender process. 

The BCCI is issuing two Request for Proposals (RFP) which are as follows:
1.     For Digital Properties of BCCI i.e., BCCI website (www.bcci.tv) and BCCI Mobile Applications for BCCI International and Domestic Matches (“BCCI Digital Properties”)

MUMBAI: After awarding fantasy gaming platform Dream11 title sponsorship rights for Indian Premier League 2020, the BCCI has unveiled the new logo for IPL 2020.  This should hopefully also put a lid on all the "uber patriotism static" floating around the award of the rights to Dream11, over the fact that Chinese internet giant Tencent Holdings Ltd is a major stakeholder in the Indian fantasy gaming major.

MUMBAI: Bowing to the inevitable, the BCCI confirmed Thursday that Vivo has dropped the baton on title rights for the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League.  The Indian cricket board sent out a one-line statement on Thursday afternoon, stating: "The BCCI and Vivo Mobile India Pvt Ltd have decided to suspend their partnership for Indian Premier League in 2020 (emphasis ours)."

NEW DELHI: In a move that looks meant more for public consumption rather than real conviction, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) - India’s apex trader body - has opposed the decision taken by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to retain Chinese firm Vivo as title sponsor of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

MUMBAI: It was on July 24 that ESPNcricinfo broke the news that the BCCI had homed in on September 19 to November 8 or 10 as the dates for the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League. Subsequently, IPL governing council chairman Brijesh Patel went public and on record that the cash awash league would kick off on Saturday, September 19, with the final to be played on Sunday, November 8.

MUMBAI: IPL Governing Council chairman Brijesh Patel confirmed Sunday that the BCCI has sent an official request to the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) to stage the Indian Premier League in the UAE. “Yes, we have sent the acceptance letter to the ECB and both the boards will be working together from now on to stage the tournament,” Patel told UAE's Khaleej Times.
