MUMBAI: Viacom18 Wednesday announced Yamaha as their co-presenting sponsor for the ongoing MotoGP season exclusively live-streamed on JioCinema and Sports18.

The coverage tipped off with the Grand Premio de Portugal on March 26th. The network is offering an exhaustive live presentation that includes practice sessions on Friday and Saturday, qualifying and the Sprint on Saturday and the main race on Sunday.

BMW M presents the new BMW i4 M50 Safety Car for MotoE

MADRID: BMW M GmbH, the 'Official Car of MotoGP', will unveil the new BMW i4 M50 Safety Car for the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup at the Bitci Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich on the 15th of August at the Red Bull Ring. It will replace the BMW i8 Safety Car, which has previously led the field in the electric motorcycle series.

MotoGP cancels Thailand Grand Prix round

MADRID: The FIM, IRTA and MotoGP commercial rights holder Dorna Sports have announced the cancellation of the OR Thailand Grand Prix due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting restrictions. The event was set to take place at Chang International Circuit from the 15th to the 17th of October, and was set to host a round of the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup.

MotoGP: New Americas GP date, Jap GP cancelled, Thai GP delayed

MADRID: The FIM, IRTA and MotoGP commercial rights holder Dorna Sports have announced a new date for the Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas in Austin, Texas. The event was previously postponed and will now take place from the 1st to the 3rd of October. The OR Grand Prix of Thailand will therefore take place a week later than previously scheduled, from the 15th to the 17th of October.
