MUMBAI: Reliance Industries Limited and Eros International PLC have announced that RIL, through a subsidiary, has agreed to subscribe to a 5% equity stake in the NYSE-listed Eros at a price of $15 per share, which represents an 18 per cent premium to last closing price.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory and other approvals.

MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday made available for purchase the Indian Premier League Media Rights ITT (2018-2022). Both television and digital media rights to the league are up for grabs.
The last date for purchasing bid documents is 24 August. Bids will be opened on 28 August and the result will be announced the same day, the BCCI has confirmed.
