MUMBAI: Nazara Technologies on Thursday announced that its CEO Manish Agarwal is stepping down from his position effective 1 December.

As per an official release, while Agarwal has decided to pursue entrepreneurial avenues, he will remain associated with Nazara Technologies as a nominee on the boards of material subsidiaries.

MUMBAI: The initial public offering of India-based gaming and sports media platform Nazara Technologies was subscribed 6.89 times by the Thursday morning, March 18, the second day of the IPO's opening, Moneycontrol reports.  The IPO closes for subscription on Friday, March 19.
