AS Roma confirms sale to US consortium at €591m valuation

ROMA: Serie A side AS Roma has confirmed a consortium led by US businessman Dan Friedkin has signed a deal to buy the club.

Agreement has been reached between AS Roma SPV, LLC, the majority shareholder of AS Roma S.p.A, and The Friedkin Group regarding the sale of the club.

Formal contracts were signed on Wednesday evening and AS Roma SPV, LLC released the following financial statement to CONSOB, the Italian government authority responsible for regulating the Italian securities market.

ROME: Serie A giants AS Roma has announced that it will collaborate exclusively this season with the well-renowned company Warner Bros. Entertainment, which is the chief distributor of the film ‘Venom’ produced by Sony Pictures Films. ROME: Serie A club AS Roma has announced Qatar Airways as the Serie A club's official shirt sponsor.  The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed but Roma claim that the multi-year contract represents the largest ever sponsorship deal signed by the club and one of the biggest ever agreed by an Italian football side.
