NEW DELHI: Two months after Lex Sportel Vision Pvt Ltd reportedly won a favourable court ruling in Sri Lanka over rights to the DSport mark in its long-running legal dispute with Discovery Communications, the American media conglomerate declared Thursday that the High Court of Colombo had dismissed LSV's "interim application".
