MUMBAI: Even as the easing of border tensions between India and China has cleared the way for the Board of Control for Cricket in India to "pick up where it left off" on Chinese smartphone brand Vivo's title sponsorship of the Indian Premier League, new brands are reportedly set to add to the sponsorship lustre of the IPL.

Outlook, quoting a well-placed source, reports that the BCCI is close to signing up Groww, an online trading and wealth management company, as IPL's fifth official partner.
