MUMBAI: Match No. 32 of IPL 2022 between Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings, which was shifted from MCA Stadium in Pune to Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai due to COVID-19 outbreak in the DC team, finally went ahead on schedule. 

The developments came even as a second overseas player of Delhi Capitals tested positive. This came just hours ahead of the team's game against Punjab Kings. 

New Zealand's Tim Seifert tested positive after a Rapid Antigen Test conducted on Wednesday afternoon, making it the sixth such case in the camp.

LAUSANNE: World Archery’s executive committee has extended the suspension of all international competition and development activities until the end of June. The stoppage, originally announced to last until 30 April, was introduced in mid-March because of the rapidly worsening worldwide health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

MONACO: The Wanda Diamond League Friday postponed three more meetings which had been scheduled to take place in May. An alternative calendar for the 2020 season is to be announced in due course. Following the postponement of early-season events in Qatar and China last week, the series has decided to also suspend meetings in Stockholm (scheduled for 24 May), Naples/Rome (28 May) and Rabat (31 May).
