THE ALL INDIA FOOTBALL FEDERATION (AIFF) has published the Premier 1 Club Licensing list for the 2026-27 season.
The following clubs have been granted licenses with sanctions: NorthEast United FC, East Bengal FC, Jamshedpur FC, Mumbai City FC, Bengaluru FC, FC Goa, and Punjab FC.
On the other hand, the following clubs have had their applications rejected: Sporting Club Delhi, Odisha FC, Mohun Bagan Super Giant, Chennaiyin FC, Kerala Blasters FC, Mohammedan Sporting Club, and Inter Kashi.
Clubs that have been rejected have the option to appeal the decision or request an exemption to participate in the national club competition. The AIFF’s licensing system is crucial for maintaining the quality, professionalism, and infrastructure of the football clubs.
