NEW DELHI: Vijay Rajput, SVP & business head Sports business, head Affiliate Sales and Product Distribution at Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, will reportedly be leaving the network when his contract expires on January 31, 2022.

Rajput has been associated with Discovery for over seven years. He joined the company in July 2014.
Rajput is a media industry veteran having more than three decades of work experience, the longest time being with ESPN Software India Private Limited, where he worked for over 16 years in various capacities. When he left ESPN in 2014 he was chief operating officer of the sportscaster.
