MUMBAI: BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has given his nod for a biopic on his life and cricketing journey.
Talking to News18 Bangla, Sourav Ganguly said, “Yes, I have agreed to the biopic. It will be in Hindi but it is not possible to reveal the name of the director now. It will take some more time for everything to be finalised.”
Reports have been floating around for some time now that the biopic will be mounted on a lavish scale and will be produced on a hefty budget of Rs 2-2.5 billion. The details about the project are strictly embargoed for now as pre-production is on to get the script together.
