Sports Flashes ventures Down Under with SEN cricket deal

MUMBAI: Digital content platform Sports Flashes has entered into an agreement with SEN, one of Australia’s top radio stations.

The deal includes SEN, through its subsidiary CrocMedia, covering the upcoming Australia’s tour of India and the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 in Australian territory.

CrocMedia is also the official radio partner of Cricket Australia as per their deal secured last year, which made them cover the entire Australian cricket summer of 2018-19 as well as the KFC Big Bash T20 League.

“We were thrilled to add cricket to our summer sports line-up this year – headed by our Chief Sports Caller Gerard Whateley – who also led our coverage of the much-discussed Aussies’ 2018 tour of South Africa,” CrocMedia executive director Chris Giannopoulos said.

“Cricket on the radio is part of the fabric of the Australian sporting culture and we look forward to expanding our live coverage through the upcoming Aussie tour in India and the ICC Cricket World Cup.”
