NEW YORK: The 2018 NBA champions, Golden State Warriors have excelled off the field as well since its team merchandise was the most purchased during the period of April to June 2018 on the NBAStore.com, the official website of the NBA’s original merchandise.
Finalists Cleveland Cavaliers came second on this list as well, while Boston Celtics’ revival saw them seal the third spot while
the Philadelphia 76ers and Houston Rockets made it to the fourth and the fifth spots respectively.
The Celtics made it into the top 5 for the first time since the 2010-11 season while the Rockets had to wait longer for the same result, doing so since the 2004-05 season.
When it comes to the players individually, Stephen Curry, the GSW captain and star guard trumped Cavaliers’ legend LeBron James
in being the fan favourite in terms of jerseys.
Curry and James were followed by the Celtics’ Kyrie Irving (third), the NBA Finals MVP from the Warriors, Kevin Durant (fourth) and
