Dabang Mumbai teams with CRY in CSR initiative

MUMBAI: DoIT Sports Management, owners of the Dabang Mumbai Hockey Club have entered into a partnership with not for profit CRY – Child Rights and You, to support the girl child in India. 

The partnership will include creating awareness about “Empowering the Girl Child’ and raising funds for the same during the ongoing season of Coal India Hockey India League. HIL concludes on February 26.

Children from Sparsh, a CRY supported programme in Mumbai attended Dabang Mumbai’s the opening match at Mahindra Hockey Stadium on January 21. 

Commenting on the initiative, Kreeanne Rabadi, regional director, West, CRY, said, “We are so delighted to partner with the Dabang Mumbai Hockey Club for such an initiative and thankful that they have taken an interest to raise awareness and critical funds for the betterment of the girl child. We need such creativepartnerships to enable girls in  our country to flourish.”
