World Aquatics teams up with Corona for 2025 championships

World Aquatics has partnered with the global beer brand Corona, naming it the official Beer Supplier for the 2025 World Aquatics Championships and the World Aquatics Masters Championships in Singapore.

The collaboration will feature Corona at both events: the World Aquatics Championships, taking place from July 11 to August 3, and the World Aquatics Masters Championships from July 26 to August 22.

Per a joint press release, World Aquatics and Corona share a “vision centred on lifestyle and sustainability”. World Aquatics president Captain Husain Al Musallam welcomed the collaboration as preparations continue for two of the most anticipated events on the global aquatics calendar.

“Excitement is growing among the global aquatics family for the World Aquatics Championships and the World Aquatics Masters Championships in Singapore, and we are thrilled that Corona will be a part of these spectacular showcases of aquatic sports and our athletes. We look forward to working closely with Corona to deliver memorable experiences for our athletes, fans, and all stakeholders,” Al Musallam said.

AB InBev BU SEA director of SEA Expansion Market Dominic Kirk added, “We are thrilled to welcome World Aquatics to Singapore for their 2025 Championship events — a unique and fun opportunity to co-create experiences for both fans and consumers to rally behind their favourite sports and athletes. These golden moments’ embracing should occur not only at the Championships, but in everyday life as well.”

As part of the collaboration, Corona will engage fans through a variety of touchpoints, including branded hospitality lounges and digital initiatives aimed at enhancing the spectator experience both at the venue and online.
