The campaign uses AI technology to deliver customised video messages to engage customers.
The AI-driven campaign targets users who initiated a search but did not finish the booking process. These travelers receive a prompt featuring Rishabh Pant in a personalised, AI-generated video that addresses them by name and references their searched destination or mode of transport.
