A final release of general admission tickets have been made available across the event, following the opening weekend of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
Victories for hosts West Indies and USA, along with a super over finish between Oman and Namibia, before South Africa defeated Sri Lanka in the first ever World Cup cricket match in New York (where the newly laid pitch in the new stadium was roundly criticised after a low scoring match).
The ICC has worked in collaboration with partners to make the additional release of tickets and ensure as many fans as possible can be part of the event.
This release includes General Admission tickets to the highly anticipated India v Pakistan fixture in New York on Sunday, 9 June, which were previously exhausted. Other matches now have more categories available, including for fixtures at Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Texas and Broward County Stadium in Florida where there are now limited General Admission tickets for sale, per an official release.
Fans wanting the “ultimate” World Cup experience in either the West Indies or USA can secure tickets to the Premium Club and the exclusive Diamond Club, where fans can rub shoulders with the legends of the game in the best seats in the house.
For matches hosted at West Indies venues, tickets are also available to purchase at box offices in each of the six host countries.
